From 10 to 20 people, one price
The price is for the whole house, end-of-stay cleaning included, whatever your number: with 16 of you, a weekend costs 78 € per person in low season. From 17 to 20 people, 32 € per person and per night are added, with the sofa bed in the big living room for two. With 10 or 12, you keep the whole house, and a few spare bedrooms.
Seven bedrooms, three bathrooms
The bedrooms carry the family's first names: Félix (180 cm bed), Nelly (150), Rose (140), Marcel (160), Henry (three 90 cm beds), Louisa (160) and Suzanne, the family room (160, 140 and 90). Five of them are grouped in a quiet wing. Three bathrooms with shower, three toilets, two travel cots, and everything on one level.
Two kitchens, two living rooms, a veranda
The big farmhouse kitchen, with its wood stove and its farm table for twelve, and next to it the cooking kitchen: oven, dishwasher, American fridge, induction hob, two raclette sets, a fondue set, a crêpe maker and a beer pump. The big living-dining room seats 16 around its table by the fireplace, the small living room has its own, and the veranda opens onto the garden.

In Liercourt, in the Somme valley: Abbeville 15 minutes away, Amiens 50 minutes, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and Le Crotoy 30 minutes, the Marquenterre park 40 minutes. Calais and the tunnel are 1 h 20 away, London about 4 hours including the crossing, Paris 2 h 20, Brussels 3 h, and Pont-Rémy station 2 km. A group gîte in northern France, close to Abbeville and Amiens, not on the seafront: the bay is a day out.

Questions we are often asked
Is the house on one level?
Yes, the whole house is on the ground floor, with no upstairs and no indoor stairs. The entrance is up a few front steps: if someone uses a wheelchair or has difficulty walking, tell us before the stay and we will help you organise the arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs and cats are welcome, at no extra charge. The garden is fully enclosed, but about twenty hens and roosters and two sheep roam free in the pasture: keep an eye on your dog.
Is cleaning included?
End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €160 per stay. The house must be left tidy, dishes done and bins taken out. For stays of a week or more, a cleaning visit during your stay is available at €16 per hour, in two-hour slots.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your dates on the Book page: the price appears at once. You receive by email the quote, the seasonal rental contract and the secure Swikly payment link. The stay is paid in full at booking, and the €1,000 security deposit is registered by card imprint, with nothing charged. Linen and cleaning options are chosen at booking and can still be added up to four days before arrival.
