No, the house is reserved for stays with friends and family.

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome, at no extra charge. The garden is fully enclosed, but about twenty hens and roosters and two sheep roam free in the pasture: keep an eye on your dog.

Yes, the whole house is on the ground floor, with no upstairs and no indoor stairs. The entrance is up a few front steps: if someone uses a wheelchair or has difficulty walking, tell us before the stay and we will help you organise the arrival.

A travel cot, two baby beds, books and toys for the little ones, a trampoline and games for the older ones.

Yes, unless you choose a linen option: sheets only, sheets and towels, or beds made before you arrive. See the Rates page.

End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €160 per stay. The house must be left tidy, dishes done and bins taken out. For stays of a week or more, a cleaning visit during your stay is available at €16 per hour, in two-hour slots.

Yes, a €1,000 security deposit, registered by bank-card imprint via Swikly before arrival: nothing is charged or blocked on your account. It is only collected in case of damage, up to the repair cost, and released within fifteen days after the stay.

Any cancellation must be made in writing.

• Within 15 days of booking: full refund, unless arrival is less than 30 days after booking, in which case the booking is firm.
• After those 15 days, more than 30 days before arrival: the "balance" half is refunded, the "deposit" half is kept.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

Refunds are made within fifteen days. We recommend cancellation insurance. If we have to cancel, everything is refunded within fifteen days.

Not indoors. Outside yes, ashtrays are provided, and the grounds are left without cigarette ends.

The stay is paid in full at booking, and the €1,000 deposit is registered by card imprint, with no debit. Linen and cleaning options are chosen at booking and can still be added up to four days before arrival.

Wifi is available throughout the house, at countryside speed: fine for email, music and standard-quality video, not for a day of video calls.

Yes, a charcoal barbecue is available in the garden, with an extending table for fourteen and sun loungers for sunny days.

Self check-in between 3 pm and midnight. The check-out time is agreed together before your stay, case by case: tell us your constraints. We remain reachable throughout your stay.

18 in beds, spread over seven bedrooms, and 20 with the sofa bed in the large living room. The price covers 16 guests, then €32 per person per night.

Beyond 20, the farm becomes the home base: small gîtes very close by can be rented in addition, just ask us. Those who sleep elsewhere and spend their days at the farm: €15 per person per day, by quote. Tents in the garden are possible, case by case.

Swikly is a French company founded in 2016 in Lyon, specialised in online security deposits and payments for rentals, and offered by Banque Populaire to its business customers. We use them so that your card never goes through us: it is entered on their secure page, and we never see your numbers.

The stay is paid in one go. The deposit is a simple card imprint, neither debited nor blocked, released automatically after the stay. Swikly also offers an optional insurance that refunds you if accidental damage were to be taken from the deposit.

As soon as the stay is paid, you have a page of your own: the contract, your extras, and a welcome book with directions, Wi-Fi, the bedrooms and our favourite addresses.

Add it to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app. The gate code appears there on the morning of your arrival, and you also receive it by email.

No, and that is deliberate. The farm is in Liercourt, in the Somme valley, 30 minutes from Saint-Valery and Le Crotoy, a little outside the village, on large grounds with no close neighbours.

A group finds there what the coast rarely offers: one single house for 18, an enclosed garden of one hectare and peace and quiet, cleaning included. The bay, the Marquenterre, Abbeville and Saint-Riquier are easy day trips.
