Prices for the whole house, end-of-stay cleaning (€160) included, excluding linen and tourist tax. Two nights minimum all year, three nights on long weekends and at Christmas.
Weekend nights: Friday and Saturday. The weekend is booked as a whole: no arrival or departure on Saturday, except for a full week (7 nights or more), possible on any day.
Extras, if you wish
The linen option you choose applies to the whole house. Without bed linen, please bring your own sheets and towels. Options are chosen at booking and can still be added up to four days before arrival.

€1,000 security deposit
Registered by bank-card imprint (Swikly) before arrival, with nothing charged or blocked on your account. It is only collected in case of damage and released within fifteen days.
Payment and cancellation, in three lines
- You sign the contract online, then pay the stay in full at booking, by secure Swikly payment or bank transfer.
- You can cancel free of charge within 15 days of booking, unless arrival is less than 30 days away: the booking is then firm.
- After that, more than 30 days before arrival, half of the stay is refunded; less than 30 days before, nothing is refunded.

1. The quote
Choose your dates and your number: the price appears at once, cleaning included, no commission.
2. The contract
You receive the holiday rental contract by email and sign it online by typing your name.
3. The payment
The stay is paid in one go, by secure Swikly payment link or bank transfer, with fifteen days to change your mind.
4. The deposit
€1,000 recorded by card imprint, nothing debited, released within fifteen days of your departure.
5. Before you arrive
Your stay lives on a page of your own: contract, extras, welcome book. Keep it on your phone's home screen. The gate code appears there on the morning of your arrival.
Who is Swikly?
Swikly is a French company founded in 2016 in Lyon, specialised in online security deposits and payments for rentals, and offered by Banque Populaire to its business customers.
Your card is entered on Swikly's secure page, never on our site: we never see your card numbers. The stay is paid in one go. The deposit is a simple card imprint, neither debited nor blocked, released automatically after the stay.
When you register the deposit, Swikly offers an optional insurance that refunds you if accidental damage were to be taken from the deposit. It is optional.

Seven nights cost at least 25% less than the nightly rate: the house, the garden and the bay to yourselves, from €22 per person per night with 16 of you.
