Les Idées Folles

Privacy policy

This is the website of a holiday house run by private hosts. It collects only what is needed to answer your requests and manage your stays, nothing more.

Who is responsible

Marc-Antoine Haffreingue, host of Les Idées Folles in Liercourt (Somme, France), is the data controller. You can reach him through the site form.

What we collect

Through the contact or booking form: your name, email address, dates, number of guests and message. For a confirmed booking: your postal address and phone number, required for the seasonal rental contract. Nothing else.

Why

To answer your request, prepare a quote, draw up the contract, organise your arrival and reach you if needed during your stay. Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

For how long

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Contracts and invoices are kept for the period required by law, ten years for accounting records.

Who has access

Your hosts, Delphine and Marc-Antoine, and the strictly necessary providers: the site's hosting company, located in France, and, for a booking, the payment and deposit provider. No data is sold or passed on for other purposes.

Cookies and trackers

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. Fonts and the map are served from the site itself and from French public services, with no call to Google.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by a simple message through the form. We reply within a month. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
